Tucson Mall and Park Place Mall Open on Tuesday

TUCSON, ARIZONA, USA – Tucson Mall, and Park Place Mall in Tucson announce their plans to open to the public beginning Tuesday, May 19.

The corporations announced on Facebook that measures have been taken for safe and worry-free visits.

They have not confirmed which retail stores will be open to the public. In recent weeks, restaurants of the two Malls have offered food sales by curbside modality.

Last Friday, the executive order of the Arizona State Government Stay at Home was finalized, and beginning Saturday established guidelines for the operation of business centers.

On Friday, the Tucson Mayor Regina Romero announced that public buildings would continue to be closed until June 8.

The determination aligns with the recommendations of Pima County and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), she said.
