Mother and son tortured and murdered in Sonoyta, Sonora

SONOYTA.- The bodies of two, mother and son, were located this morning in the land next to the highway from Sonoyta to Caborca, Sonora, Mexico.

The finding was in Kilometer 185, according to local news media.

The victims were identified as Idalia N, 48 and Roman N, 24, mother and son.

Both were abducted by an armed group that trespasses the victim’s home in the Desierto neighborhood in Sonoyta.

The bodies have evidence of torture before the execution by gunshot.

Also, authorities found a message on cardboard next to the bodies.
