NOGALES- This Monday the amount of deaths from Covid-19 amounted to 65 and the number of infected patients to 2,456 in the state of Arizona.

The pandemic is present in all counties in the state of Arizona, the most affected being Maricopa, where the city of Phoenix is ​​located with 1,343 cases.

The second county with the most cases is Pima, where the city of Tucson is located, which documents 415 cases and shares a border with the state of Sonora in Mexico.

Also in the border counties of Santa Cruz, where Nogales is located and Cochise where the Douglas-Agua Prieta border is, there are four and nine, respectively.

The risk of community spread in Arizona continues to increase and the population most affected by infections is the age range of 20 to 44 years with 897 patients.

The second population with the highest number of infections is precisely the most vulnerable, being that of 65 years of age and older in whom 581 cases have been confirmed.

The vast majority of detections have been made in private laboratories, where 2,362 of the 2,456 cases detected in total have been detected.
