Two People Arrested for Refusing to Wear a Facemask and Spitting on the Security Guard
NOGALES, SONORA, MX – Two people were arrested for disorderly conduct inside a bank when one of them refused to put on his facemask and spit on the security guard.
The incident happened at 11:46 a.m. on Monday inside the bank Banamex located on Plutarco Elias Calles and Obregon avenues.
Martin N of 36 years of age, who works as a security guard, reported that moments before two individuals entered the bank intending to request a cash withdrawal.
But when they did not receive them the exact amount of money, they were visibly upset, so the guard asked them to leave. But instead of leaving, they started insulting him.
One of them, identified as 50-year-old Mario, refused to put on his face-mask and even, according to the police report, spit on the guard. Later, between the two, they attacked the security guard.
Shortly after, local police officers arrested the two men, who were made available to the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) for the assault on the auxiliary police.
They were identified as 50-year-old Mario and 87-year-old Candelario.
