State Officers Discharged From Hospitals Recovered of Covid-19

HERMOSILLO, SONORA, MX – After remaining in isolation for testing positive for Covid-19, four agents of the Public Safety State Police were discharged from the Ignacio Chávez Hospital.

Among applauses, the sound of sirens, signs of affection, joy, faith, and hope, officers were received back into the Police agency.

The Secretary of Public Safety, David Anaya Cooley, together with the staff of the Health Secretary, witnessed the departure of four state police officers from quarantine.

The patients expressed that they want to return to the “field of battle” with full willingness, strength, and courage, to protect the lives of Sonora’s residents.

During the reception of the state police officers, Urban Ocampo also recognized the excellent medical attention towards the state agents, who will be off for a few days before returning to their duties.
