Sixth Case of Covid-19 In Santa Cruz County

A sixth case of Covid-19 was officially confirmed this Wednesday in Santa Cruz County, Arizona.

Local authorities confirmed that this case is the first confirmed of a patient within the city limits of Nogales, which appears to be unrelated to any travel.

Santa Cruz County Health Services continue working to determine how the person contracted the virus.

Unrelated to travel, local authorities stressed the need for social distancing and staying at home, especially if you have flu-like symptoms.

“If you need to leave home, for an essential activity, residents are encouraged to wear fabric face covers. Cloth face liners, even those made with common household materials, are an additional public health measure, “they announced.
