Shipment of Drugs Seized in SLRC

SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, SONORA, MX – State and military agents found a shipment of drugs inside a truck carrying papayas near to San Luis Rio Colorado.

In total, 61 packages with an unspecified narcotic were detected when checking a tractor-trailer driven by Roberto N, 33, according to official reports.

The events were recorded last Thursday around 9:00 p.m., when state agents and the Mexican Army inspected a truck at the Military Security Post of the Gulf of Santa Clara-San Luis Río Colorado section.

Inside six boxes they located the narcotic, which was delivered to the federal authorities, as well as the truck and the driver.
