Personal Protective Equipment Donation

Nogales, Sonora, MX – Last Thursday, the business community in Nogales donated personal protective equipment and sanitizers to hospitals, firemen, and paramedics.

Hipólito Sedano Ruiz, president of the Rotary Club of Nogales, said that coordinating with Nogales Business Council made this donation possible.

He stressed the importance of the work that health workers and paramedics do in front of the Covid-19 pandemic, so their protection and health is a priority.

“Thank you, we value your work for the community, your protection and health is our priority. We are proud of you and we are committed to continue doing the necessary so that not one of you is unprotected,” he added.

The donated equipment amounts to around 7,000 dollars.

This is the second donation by Club Rotario Nogales A.C. and the Nogales Business Council. The first donation was for the General Hospital, the Health Center and the IMSS.
