Over 900 Doses of Liquid Narcotic Seized
SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, SONORA, MX – More than 900 doses of a liquid narcotic were seized by agents of the State Public Security Police (PESP) and Mexican Army in a case where three people were detained.
This incident happened at the Regional Security Military Post located on state highway number 40, where PESP agents were dispatched to a report made by Mexican Army personnel about the presence of a truck carrying several boxes of a substance similar to a narcotic.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as 31-year-old Erick, was informed of the discovery of boxes containing around 936 packages containing flasks filled with a liquid substance and labeled as fentanyl. They also found an additional 93 boxes with other substances.
After the finding, the driver was arrested, and the drugs, were transferred to the Federal Attorney’s Office.
Another Finding
An additional incident resulted in the PESP intercepting Mario N, and Rosa N of 36 and 52 years of age respectively. They were traveling in a Ford, Mustang vehicle over the speed limit and were pulled over. During an inspection of the vehicle, it was found that the woman was carrying 5 doses of narcotics and the man was carrying 25.
