Narcotics Found Inside a Truck Carrying Shrimp
SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, MX – The Mexican Army and state authorities located a shipment of narcotics inside a truck carrying shrimp.
The seizure happened at the Cucapah military check post, near San Luis Río Colorado.
On Thursday, April 30, the Mexican Army reported with the officers of the State Public Security Police (PESP) the presence of a suspicious loaded truck.
During the inspection authorities found 18 packages of apparently granulated narcotics and one package of brown paste, as well as several presumably fentanyl blue pills.
The driver was identified as 37-year-old Julio N. He was arrested and turned to Federal Authorities for processing.
