Military Finds Marijuana Field and Greenhouses

IMURIS, SONORA, MX – After military and police operations over the weekend, military elements found a marijuana field and three greenhouses in the region of Magdalena de Kino and Imuris.

The field was located west of ranch La Paz, inside the limits of the Municipality of Imuris, Sonora. The size of the plantation field was 189,886 square feet (17,641 square meters).

They also found three greenhouses containing a total of 795 plants.

• The first greenhouse of size 32 x 105 feet (10 x 32 meters) contained 368 plants of marijuana.
• The second greenhouse of size 32 x 105 feet (10 x 32 meters) contained 43 plants of marijuana.
• The third greenhouse of size 32 x 49 feet (10 x 15 meters) contained 384 plants of marijuana.
