Man Shot Four Times Walks Himself into the Hospital

NOGALES, SONORA, MX – In two separate incidents that occurred in the last hours, two people were shot. In one of the cases, the victim received four gunshots.

The first case occurred on Sunday as 27-year-old Luis N, was walking near Tienda Ley, in the La Mesa neighborhood, when he felt an impact on the left side of his hip.

Walking away, he arrived at his father-in-law’s home on Arroyo Grande Street, who took him to the IMSS hospital. He was diagnosed with a gunshot wound in the hip area. The victim told the police that he did not know who could have attacked him.

The second case, also on Sunday, occurred when 28-year-old Guillermo N, stopped a taxi driver on Crepusculo Street requesting to be taken to the Hospital General.

The wounded man managed to walk himself into the hospital, where he was quickly treated for gunshots in the left cheek, left side of the neck, gluteus, and stomach.

The taxi driver told the local police officers that when driving on Crepusculo Street, the man asked for his help to be taken to a hospital.
