Man Found Unconscious at Grand Avenue in Nogales

NOGALES, ARIZONA, USA – Local police officers are investigating the death of a male person located unconscious on Grand Avenue.

The incident occurred on Monday at 9:49 am, when police officers received a call for service about a man that was lying unconscious in the 2000 block of Grand Avenue.

When the police arrived, they found the man on the ground and requested support from the medical staff of the fire department. The firefighters arrived at the scene to provide life-saving measures.

The man was transferred to Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital where he died shortly after.

The victim was identified as 48-year-old Roberto F. Hernandez. The case remains under investigation.
