Man Found Dead in Nogales

NOGALES, SONORA, MX – The body of a man shot in the head was found on Monday afternoon in Vallejo Street, in the Alamos neighborhood. The victim was identified as 29-year-old David P.

The case was reported at 6:50 pm by residents of the neighborhood by calling the emergency phone line. Neighbors alerted local authorities that a person was lying motionless on the street with a head injury.

Authorities were dispatched to the scene as well as the Mexican Red Cross. Upon inspecting the victim, they realized the victim had no vital signs.

Authorities found a firearm shell at the scene.
