Macabre Finding in Nogales

NOGALES, SONORA, USA – The discovery of a dismembered body occurred during the morning of Wednesday by local authorities at Kilometer 15 of the International Highway, by the Chapels of Santa Muerte (Holy Death).

The report was made at 5:55 am, when authorities were alerted to the finding  of a death person.

In an inspection of the area, outside the door of the last chapel, they found the body of a male person with the extremities and head detached, and the heart missing.

A unit from the Federal Police, Expert Services arrived at the crime scene to begin the investigation. The funeral parlor in turn also arrived at the place to remove the remains and conduct an autopsy.
