Light Arizona in Blue #LightAZBlue

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, US – With blue lights in public buildings, the Arizona Government is honoring doctors and front-line workers who provide services on Covid-19 pandemic.

The “Light Arizona in Blue” campaign is developed as a show of support for those who seek to save lives who risk their own.

Buildings like the Arizona Capitol, Executive Tower, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, and Tucson, State Farm at Tempe Town Lake, and more will light up in blue, along with the hashtag #LightAZBlue.

The announcement was made by Arizona Governor, Doug Doucey, saying it is a sign of appreciation.

“Arizona is immensely grateful to our front-line medical workers and to all the men and women who have stepped forward to keep others safe and healthy,” he said in a statement.

“They are heroes. His efforts are saving lives, and Arizona salutes his service at this critical time”, he added.
