Kidnapper Caught And Victim is Rescued

SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, SONORA, MX – Public Safety State Police officers and local Police, rescued a kidnapped person in San Luis Rio Colorado and arrested the suspect.

The suspect was identified as 19-year-old Moises N based on a report by state authorities.

The incident occurred after state agents received a call on the 911 emergency phone line reporting that a kidnapped person was held in his home located on Miguel Hidalgo Avenue, in the Residential neighborhood.

Officers were dispatched to the address, arrested the suspect, and rescued the victim. The suspect was carrying a bb handgun, a bag with marijuana, and 34 wrappers of unidentified narcotics.

The victim declared to the agents how the kidnapper mutilated one of his hands by cutting off a finger.

Moises N is under arrest and authorities are working on the investigation and legal proceedingsl.
