Gunmen Captured Cruising the Street
SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, MX – Three gunmen were captured on Thursday by state and local police officers in the Mexico residential neighborhood in San Luis Rio Colorado.
They were identified as Jorge “N”, Edgar “N” and José “N”, of 31, 24, and 19 years of age, respectively.
According to state police reports, the captures occurred during Thursday afternoon in Tamaulipas Street, where police officers received an emergency report about the presence of armed men.
The officers started a police operation in which they were able to find the gunmen traveling in a black Kia vehicle.
Inside the car, the police officers found a .223 and a 7.62×30 rifles, a .9mm handgun, and two tactical vests plus 60 ammunition.
The gunmen were arrested and with the help of the Mexican Army and National Guard were transfer to jail and placed at the disposition of the Federal Attorney.
