General Consuls Conclude Their Terms

NOGALES, SONORA, MX – The United States Ambassador to Mexico, Christopher Landau, announced that in the coming months, six of the nine American Consul Generals in Mexico, including the one assigned in Nogales, will finish their term.

Through social networks, the diplomat reported that the United States Consul General in Nogales, Virginia Staab, concluded her consular mission.

She indicated that on a trip to this city she saw first-hand the love she had for the region and the mutual appreciation for it.

She also shared some of her photographs during her visit to the city of Nogales.

Ambassador Landau added that the US diplomatic mission in Mexico has nine consulates general, more than in any other country and that in the coming months, six of the nine consuls-general will conclude their management.
