Four Infections Registered in Pima County Sheriff’s Department

TUCSON, ARIZONA, USA – Four employees of the Pima County Sheriff’s Department have tested positive for Covid-19

In a statement, they stated that the most recent infection occurred in a staff member of the correctional area, that has been on vacation since April 17.

This reduced the risk of infection for the staff since the infected employee has not been at work.

With this case, there are four workers from the Pima County authority infected for Covid-19.

The other three employees do not work in the Correctional area.

As of this date, no other correctional staff member has tested positive for Covid-19, as well as no inmates.
