Federal Authorities Seize 410,000 USD in Cash
SONOYTA, SONORA, MX – Two passenger bus drivers were caught by federal authorities in possession of 410,000 in cash in a custom checkpoint near Sonoyta, Sonora.
According to a report released by the Federal Attorney Office (FGR), the detainees were identified as Victor and Abraham
The seizure was made by the Ministerial Federal Police in coordination with customs agents of the Tax Administration System (SAT) in the custom section of San Emeterio, in Sonoyta, Sonora.
Victor and Abraham were drove a passenger bus for the company Autotravel Internacional.
The federal agents located the 410,000 in cash in nine bundles hidden inside the bus.
