Extended Hours in Mariposa Port of Entry
NOGALES, ARIZONA, USA – The international border crossing Mariposa Port of Entry will extend their hours of operation beginning May 11.
Juan Gim Nogales, the Customs Administrator in Nogales, Mexico, announced that the port will now open for travelers from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
For almost two weeks, the port of entry had modified hours of operation, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Processing of goods like fresh produce will not be affected, keeping their current schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Processing of empty trucks traveling from the US to México will continue with tolerance even after eight o’clock at night.
In the case of tourism, the border crossing schedule will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
