Drug Cargo Seized by US Customs

The Border Reports – April 1, 2020

NOGALES, ARIZONA.- US Customs authorities seized 5 pounds of heroin, 25 pounds of methamphetamine and 3 pounds of fentanyl.

The drug was found in different compartments inside a compact car when the driver tried to cross the border into the United States through one of the ports of entry in Nogales.

Additionally, 6 pounds of fentanyl were secured at this same border.  An individual taped the cargo to his body and was caught when trying to cross into the United Sates through one of the pedestrian ports of entry.
