Cyclist Dies in Fatal Accident

NOGALES, ARIZONA, USA – Hours after being hit by a driver, a cyclist died while receiving medical care at Holy Cross Hospital.

The deceased was identified as 66-year-old Mark Ryan Seeger.

The driver was identified as Hector Francisco Heredia of age 42, of Nogales, Arizona, the Nogales Police Department confirmed.

According to the police report, the investigation is ongoing. The collision happened in the block 2300, on N. Grant Ave at approximately 7:00 a.m.

The motorist was traveling in a white Ford truck, who fled the scene and soon after the car was located in Monte Carlo area.

The driver was arrested and the investigation is still ongoing.
