Crime Report Summary – Nogales MX
Childcare Center Robbery
On Tuesday the director of a childcare center on Bustamante street reported the robbery of a computer during the early morning.
The incident occurred at 3:33 a.m. when local police officers received a report requesting assistance at “Momentos Preciosos’’ childcare center.
Ana N, 51, director of this childcare center, told the agents that moments before, she heard a noise inside the facility, located behind her own house.
When police entered the facility, they realized that someone stole the computer.
Police officers invited the woman to register a legal complaint.
Stolen Vehicle Found
A blue Pontiac Grand Am that had been reported stolen, was recovered early Tuesday by police officers in the neighborhood Villa Sonora.
The incident occurred at 6:30 a.m. when police officers that patrolling the Pichones and Lechuza streets, found an abandoned car that was parked wrong way.
When they called in the serial number, they were informed that the car had a stolen report in Nogales by Carla N, who was located minutes later.
The victim showed the legal documentation of the car but she said that she did not have intention to file a legal complaint for the robbery.
