Covid-19 Update Arizona Cases Reduce but Also Tests Applied
PHOENIX, ARIZONA, US – Today, Arizona health authorities confirmed on 625 new people infected with Covid-19 and zero fatalities.
Data by the Arizona Department of Health Services shows that 625 positive cases for Covid were confirmed this Monday, that is, six times fewer cases than those documented a week ago.
In addition, in the daily report of this Monday no new deaths are recorded.
It is noteworthy that the number of applications for Covid-19 screening tests was also considerably reduced to 3,939.
Arizona is one of the states that has applied the largest amount of Covid-19 tests, with as many as 17,000 tests in a single day.
The cumulative of positive coronavirus cases in Arizona is 74,533, while the number of deaths is 1,588.

Santa Cruz County has 1,717 cases and 18 deaths; Pima 7,568 cases and 268 deaths; Maricopa 45,178 cases and 746 deaths Cochise 580 and 6 deaths, while Yuma 5,882 cases and 80 deaths. The rest is distributed in the other counties.
