Covid-19 Update Arizona

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, USA – Today Arizona authorities confirm 56 new deaths and 1,926 new people infected with Covid-19.

According to the Arizona Department of Health Services, to date, 150,609 people have tested positive for the virus, and the death toll reached 2,974.

The rate of cases for 100,000 population is 2,095, while the mortality rate is 41.37. The percentage of positive tests reached 12.5%.

In Santa Cruz county the rate of infection is 4,516.5 and the mortality rate is 80.89 while the rate of positive tests 25.7.

In Yuma County there are 9,713 people tested positive for Covid-19; Pima 13,990; Santa Cruz 2,401 and Cochise 1,296.
