Covid-19 Update Arizona
PHOENIX, ARIZONA, US – Arizona announced a new record of cases confirmed by Covid-19 on Tuesday, confirming 4,682 new infected people today and 44 new deaths.
The numbers fluctuated yesterday and today due to one lab partner submitting a delayed report.
The cumulative during the pandemic is 79,215 cases and 1,632 deaths.
Likewise, the application of 701,834 detection tests, with 23,471 applied on the last day.
According to data by the Arizona Department of Health Services, in the counties bordering Mexico, there are close to 16,000 people who have tested positive with the virus.
- In Yuma 6,212 have tested positive.
- In Pima 8,004 have tested positive.
- In Santa Cruz County 771 have tested positive.
- In Cochise 614 have tested positive.
