Covid-19 Update – Arizona
TUCSON, ARIZONA, USA – On Friday Arizona registered a record high number of people infected with Covid-19.
The Arizona Department of Health and Social Services documented a total of 1,654 cases this Friday morning.
With this latest update the cumulative of infected people reached 32,918.
In Santa Cruz County it was reported that the volume of people detected with the presence of Covid-19 amounts to 914, of which 468 were women and 446 men.
It is confirmed that a total of 306 have already recovered from the 2019 Coronavirus and that to date, there have been 8 documented deaths, 7 of them in people 65 years of age or older, and one in the age range of 45 to 64 years. The number of people hospitalized to date during the pandemic is 43.
