Covid-19 Update – Arizona
PHOENIX, ARIZONA, USA – To date, a total of 8,640 Covid-19 cases and 362 deaths, were reported by Arizona health authorities.
The Department of Health and Social Services reported 276 new infected people, as well as 14 new deaths.
The case rate per 100,000 inhabitants is 12.2 and the mortality rate amounts to 5.04.
To date, a total of 81,119 tests have been applied.
In Santa Cruz County there are 34 infections by Coronavirus 2019; in Cochise 39; in Pima County 1,326 and 4,585 in Maricopa County, as well as 98 in Yuma. The rest of the cases are located in the other ten counties.
