Coronavirus, Alert Level Remains as “Extended”

TUCSON, ARIZONA.- The number of deaths from Covid-19 in the state of Arizona reached 32 on Thursday, while the volume of infected patients now totals 1,598.
Maricopa County, Arizona, where the city of Phoenix is located, has reached almost a thousand cases, documenting at this day 961 infected patients.
In Pima County, where the biggest city of Tucson is located and which shares a border with the state of Sonora, Mexico, there are already 237 cases.
To date, there are three confirmed cases in Santa Cruz County, where the city of Nogales is located, and four in Cochise County, whose most important border is Douglas-Agua Prieta.
The alert level consisting of the risk of community spread remains as “extended”.
