Coronavirus 2019 Update – Arizona

NOGALES, ARIZONA.- This Wednesday morning, the number of deaths increased to 29 in the state of Arizona due to the pandemia for Covid-19 and to 1,413 infections.
According to the Arizona State Department of Health Services, the risk of community infection is rated “widespread”. As it has been for weeks, the county most affected by the spread of infections is Maricopa, where the city of Phoenix is located, documenting 871 cases.
In the city of Tucson and Pima County, there have been 217 documented cases and three more in the County of Santa Cruz, border with Nogales, Sonora.
While in Cochise, the county that groups several cities including the border towns of Douglas-Agua Prieta, there was a total of 4 cases.
All fifteen counties in Arizona have patients infected with Coronavirus 2019.
