Arizona: Controversy Over Video of K9; Alfredo Saldivar case

ARIZONA.- Controversy over a video related to a K9 in Prescott, Valley, the case of Alfredo Saldivar.

Police officers in Arizona released a trained dog to subdue a fugitive, but even though he had already surrendered and was following the officer’s instructions.
