Bighorn Fire is 33% Contained, has Reached 65,536 Acres
TUCSON, ARIZONA, US – The Bighorn fire has affected 65,536 acres and it is controlled in 33 percent.
Residents of lower Catalina Highway and Mount Lemmon continued the evacuation from Organization Ridge Road to the south of Willow Canyon, according to the daily update by the Pima County Emergency Management Department.
Also evacuating residents of Mount Lemmon and Mount Bigelow North of Organization Ridge Road, including Summerhaven.

The fire started on June 5 with a lightning strike in the Santa Catalina Mountains, north of Tucson.
To date 998 people have worked to consume the fire of this incident.
