A 3-year-old child drowns in a canal

The family does not know how Anthony escaped from home.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA.- A 3-year-old child died by drowning last Sunday, after being pulled out from a canal in Phoenix, after he escaped from his house.

The little kid was identified as Anthony King Tolano, 3.

The family does not know how the kid escaped from the house.

The child was located at W. Whitton, near Indian School Road and 59th Avenue, reported local media.

The tragedy happened last Sunday afternoon when a person reported to 911 a child’s body floating on the canal.

In the meantime, the family was trying to find the little kid.

Paramedics of the Fire Department pulled out Anthony from the water, gave him CPR, and took him to a local hospital where sadly, Anthony died.

The family does not know how this child was able to escape from home and walk into the canal in Phoenix.
