Abandoned AK-47 Rifles Found in Imuris

IMURIS, SONORA, MX – Four AK-47 rifles were found by the State Public Security Police (PESP) and the Mexican Army in an abandoned pick up car y Imuris.

According to police reports, the finding happened during a police patrol at the outside area of the City, where they found an abandoned white Chevrolet pick up.

Inside the vehicle, they found four 7.62×39 caliber rifles, all with a magazine and cartridges, also securing 330 more cartridges and seven magazines.

Upon inspecting the vehicle data, officers were informed that the pickup had had a theft report on file in Mesa, Arizona since October 31, 2016.
