A Body Was Found in The Chapels of Santa Muerte

NOGALES, SONORA, MX – On Friday morning, one more body of a male person was found in the area of the Chapels of Santa Muerte, south of Nogales.

Friday at 6:00 am authorities received a call on the 911 emergency phone line reporting the finding of a body in that area, located next to the International Highway.

Local authorities were dispatched to the scene and upon arrival, they observed what resembled to be a human body wrapped in a blue, gray, and white cloth.

So far in 2020, at least six bodies of homicide victims have been abandoned in the Chapels of Santa Muerte.
