50% Reduction in Water and Sewer Connection Fees

NOGALES, ARIZONA, USA – The City of Nogales, Arizona, is providing a 50% reduction in water and sewer connection fees for new developments.

This is a one-time temporary reduction and will be valid for ninety (90) days, from July 3, 2020 until October 1, 2020.

The reduction will apply to all construction permits issued during this time, they said in a statement.

“The city hopes this incentive will foster economic growth in Nogales and in the Santa Cruz County region,” said Council Member Marcelino Varona, who sponsored this legislation.

Developers who have questions about the temporary reduction of water and sewer connection fees can call the City Hall at 520-287-6571 or the City of Nogales Construction Department at 520-285-5747 for more information.
