41 Drug Doses Seized in SLRC

The Border Reports – SAN LUIS RÍO COLORADO, SONORA

This past Monday and during police operatives in Puerto Golfo de Santa Clara, in the city of San Luis Rio Colorado, State Security Police (PESP for the initials in Spanish) detained a man in possession of 41 doses of drug.

According to official reports, the detained man was identified as Jose “N” of 25 years of age when he was driving a pickup truck, GMC, Sierra at the 2nd Street corner with 1 of Puerto Golfo de Santa Clara.

During the Inspection

During the inspection police officials found 40 drug wrappers in the glove compartment, the type of substance was not revealed.  Due to the discovery, the person was informed of their rights and detained by the State Police and put at the disposal of the Public Ministry for the corresponding legal procedures.
