23 Illegal Border Crossers and Two US Citizens Arrested

DOUGLAS, ARIZONA, USA – Border Patrol agents arrested two US citizens and 23 illegal border crossers near Douglas, Arizona on Wednesday night.

According to a press release, around 10 pm, Tucson Sector agents conducted an immigration-related traffic stop on a semitractor-trailer near mile marker 371 on state Route 80.

Authorities processed one Mexican national in the group for a history of extensive immigration violations.

The remaining immigrants were expelled from the United States, while the US citizen driver and passenger, both juveniles, were arrested.
