160 CPB Employees Infected with Covid-19

A total of 160 agents of U.S. Customs have been infected with Covid-19, three of them assigned to the station in Nogales.
The Department of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released a table of information that lists the quantity of agents infected and the station that they are assigned to.
In the case of Arizona, three officers have been confirmed with infection in Nogales and three more in Tucson. Nogales and Tucson are the only stations in Arizona that reported infections in officers.
In total there are 160 officers distributed in a total of 29 locations, who has been infected by Covid-19.
New York has the highest number of infected officers with 52 officers, followed by Miami, Florida with 17.
CBP agents are normally stationed at international ports of entry such as land borders, seaports and airports employing just over 60,000 people.
CBP has personnel in marine operations, field operations, border patrol and commerce, among many others and their main function is to provide security at United States borders.
