Arizona: Ammo Seized in Nogales

NOGALES, ARIZONA, USA – The seizure of 11,900 ammunition for a rifle-type firearm, was achieved by CBP officers at one of the Nogales Port of Entry.

Michael Humphries, director of the Border Port Nogales of the Department of Customs and Border Protection, highlighted that the seizure was made during southbound inspections.

The officers secured several boxes of cartridges for a 7.62 x 39 millimeter of the brand TulAmmo.

In the information released, no further information has been released.

The material was secured and made available to the investigation area.
